How we handle your data.

This policy covers theaerie.exchange and the two forms on it: the company intake and the buyers' sample request. Company data that a business licenses to Aerie is a separate matter: it is governed by the signed agreement with that business, and it is anonymized by a specialist partner before any of it reaches Aerie.

What we collect

• Company intake: the tools your company uses, company name and website, number of employees, year founded, industry, revenue range, whether the company owns the rights to its data, your name, job title, work email and phone.
• Sample request form: the data you need, industries or roles, timeline, your name, work email, organization and budget range.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they do.

How we use it

To answer your request, review your intake, prepare an offer, and follow up about working with Aerie. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or rent your contact details.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts the site, runs the forms and stores form submissions.
• Resend delivers the confirmation emails.
• Google serves the fonts and hosts our email.

Each processes the information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, under this policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you and then as long as needed for our business records. Ask us at any time to delete it.

Your choices

Email info@theaerie.exchange to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We respond within 30 days and do not treat you differently for asking.

Security

Information from the forms travels over encrypted connections and is kept in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
